Tong Ho Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb tong ho (crysanthemum greens)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon Shichimi togarashi
  • 1 clove garlic - finely minced
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds

Prepare the sauce by mixing vegetable oil, salt, sesame oil, chili oil, shichimi togarashi, garlic.

Wash and cut the greens into 2 inch sections.

Bring a pot of water to boil, add the greens and cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the greens under cold water and squeeze out the water.

Mix the greens with the prepared sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
